Time/temperature control for safety food reheated for hot holding not reaching 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 seconds within 2 hours. Observed matzo balls (98F - Reheating) since 9:00am, at 10:20am. 99F at 11:00am at front counter. Operator put matzo balls on stove to reheat to 165F for hot holding.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed multiple containers stored in hand wash sink at front counter. Operator removed.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed ice scoop stored inside ice machine, handle in contact with ice. Operator properly stored.

Observed Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 200ppm) at front counter. Operator corrected to 100ppm.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed dishes stored inside hand wash sink at front counter. Operator removed.
