Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed : a gap at the base of the back door when it is fully closed. Someone has been contacted to repair the door and threshold area, to create a seal.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed : in the walk-in cooler: lids for the pickle buckets had an accumulation of food spills. Staff had these clean before the inspection was finished.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed : 6 hour canned sterno stored over to go platters, by the office. The sterno was moved to the bottom shelf.

Observed in house one the cook line by the conveyor oven, in the right flip top make table, Sliced ham 46°, roast beef 45°. ALSO, on the right side of the conveyor, chicken at 48°. All items placed on metal pans and placed in the coldest reach-in cooler. All portioned meat was above the chill fill line/above the cooling point of the unit. Temperatures below the fill line were in compliance.
Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed the tea nozzle by the left entrance has build up in the cone.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed : employee drink stored on the first prep table in the kitchen. This was moved to the bottom shelf.

This was after stocking today, the meat was above the chill fill line. This was iced down and dropped to 45° in 11 minutes. This will remain iced.

Eco lab sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed the 3 compartment sink at 0 ppm when tested with an eco lab test strip. When fresh solution was pulled, 700 ppm were noted.
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Observed the current license was not available for review,
Equipment in poor repair. Observed: the gasket for chemicals on top of the dish wash machine is compromised and leaking chemical and water on the machine. Eco lab is aware and has ordered a new one.
