Dishmachine testing at 0ppm event after priming. Person in charge will utilize triple sink set up during inspection at 50ppm chlorine until unit is serviced.
Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Observed handle used for customer self service of lemons stored with handle in direct contact with lemons. Person in charge discarded lemons.
