Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee preparing raw meat balls touching the raw meat with her gloves, placed meat balls in the oven. She changed gloves without washing her hands first and then proceeded to prepare vegetables, placing frozen vegetables into a pot with boiling water. Employee went to wash hands and put a fresh pair of gloves on.
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs stored over a carton containing beef broth in left 2 door refrigerator, next to cook line. Operator placed beef broth on top shelf.
Employee washed hands in a sink other than an approved handwash sink. Prep cook went to wash her hands in the prep sink. Reviewed washing hands in hand sink only. She went to wash her hands in the prep sink.
