Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. 0ppm chlorine. There is not sanitizer in the dish machine and the operator has run out. Operator went to a neighboring establishment and was able to get sanitizer. Dishmachine tested 50ppm.
