Operator contacted distributor who stated that items receive parasite destruction, but was unable to receive proof during inspection.

Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Upon inspection, chlorine dish machine at 0ppm. Upon observation, chlorine sanitizer was empty. Manager replaced and primed sanitizer to reach 100ppm.
