As per the manager it was put there approximately one hour ago. The manager put ice on top of the tomatoes and lettuce for a quick chill.
Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Form provided.
