Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In reach in freezer, tied plastic bag of raw bacon on top of bags of commercially packaged onion rings. Operator moved raw bacon to lower shelf.
Wiping cloth solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed stored in a location that could result in the cross contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service, or single-use articles. In 3 compartment sink, Sanitizer Bucket (Chlorine 200+ppm). Operator removed some liquid from bucket and refilled with water. Rechecked at 100ppm.

Manager unable to find training certificate for one employee present at time of inspection. Manager states employee training is done just cannot find the certificate.
