Handwash sink missing in warewashing or food preparation area. Handwash sink missing from area with ice machine, on plans ice machine is moved to behind sushi bar but ice machine did not get moved.
Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. One acoustic ceiling tile in kitchen in ware washing area.
Plumbing system in disrepair. Pipe under sink by dish machine not hooked up. Hot water pipe busted at mop sink.
