Dipperwell faucet bent downward eliminating required air gap. Observed : the ice cream dipper well was bent down and touching the water. This was adjusted up to allow for an air gap.
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed : staff put on gloves on the front line, no hand wash in advance, after being in the kitchen doing side work. This was brought to their attention and they went and washed their hands.
Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed : the open Almond Silk lacks a date and was open before today.
Required employee training provided by a third-party employee training program and operator unable to provide original certificate for employees trained. Observed some paper copies for the employee certificate.
