Observed employee stated he took dressing out of Walk-in cooler 1 hour prior, employee returned dressing to Walk-in cooler. Observed meatballs in top of make-table at pizza station at 55F. Employee stated he had placed meatballs in 1 hour prior. Employee returned meatballs to bottom of reach-in cooler.
