Observed the following items and cold holding temperatures in the reach-in Cooler furthest from the grill: Pasta salad (47F - Cold Holding); potato salad (47F - Cold Holding); Hamburger (47F - Cold Holding); ham (50F - Cold Holding). All the items had been in taken from the reach in cooler one hour earlier. Manager placed all items in reach in cooler
