Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed the front line hand wash sink does not have any water over 85°.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed: a lidded water cup with straw stirred over plastic wrap, under the microwave.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Observed: lack of a poster.
Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed the front line hand wash sink hot water handle will not turn to release hot water.
