Chef placed the lobster below the mushrooms. Raw shell eggs stored over containers of drink mix and milk in the reach in cooler in the first floor bar area. Chef removed the eggs.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray bottle containing cleaning fluid stored next to clean plates in the second floor bar area. Chef removed the bottle.
Food stored on floor. Boxes of potatoes stored on the floor in the kitchen. Chef placed the potatoes on a shelf. Containers of fry oil stored on the floor in the dry storage area. Chef placed the containers on a shelf.
