Observed the following foods temperatures greater than 41°F; cut tomatoes (47F - Cooling); cooked rotini (46F - Cold Holding); raw beef (50F - Cold Holding); raw mahi (53F - Cold Holding) All were located in reach in cooler in front of stove. As per manager food had only been in cooler for about an hour. Chef instructed employee to move to another cooler.
