Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In standup reach in freezer, commercially packaged shrimp over zip lock bags of prepared/diced onions and peppers. In door of reach in freezer, open bag of frozen raw shrimp over sealed bag of ready to eat pita bread. Operator rearranged storage levels.
