Operator discarded items. Establishment has adequate refrigeration. Do not store the foods in unit until unit maintains tcs foods at 41F or below
Incorrect chemical test kit provided for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer solution used in the three-compartment sink and/or dishmachine. QUAT test provided for chlorine sanitizer. Discussed with operator.
