Mobile food dispensing vehicle license number not permanently affixed on the side of the unit in figures at least 2 inches high and in contrasting colors from the background of the vehicle. License number not on outside of unit. Operator states will put number on.

Outer openings of establishment cannot be properly sealed when not in operation. Door has small opening to allow electrical line but it cannot fully close. Operator states hole did have protective flaps and will repair.
