Operator contacted restaurant depot during inspection and they emailed the letter. Verified with receipt. Provided through Mowi Chile S.A.
Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Tested 0ppm, operator corrected. Retested 200ppm.
