Manager or person in charge lacking proof of food manager certification and no other certified food service manager employed at this location: Owner/Operator, Hua You, Certifed Food Manager expired on 03/05/2024. He is the only Certifed Food Manager for the establishment.
Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory: Only page on the menu annotates it has raw fish on it as indicated by a fish symbol on the page that says "RAW" at the top. The other pages that have raw sushi and sashimi on them do not have the symbol and/or an annotation indicating the seafood is raw.
