Observed dishwasher testing at 0ppm at time of inspection after multiple cycle runs performed by employee. Dish machine runs sanitizer cycle and the direct sanitizer from the manufacturer bucket tests but machine still tests 0ppm. Employee set up triple sink to wash rinse and sanitize at time of inspection.
