Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dishwasher testing at 0ppm. Operator provided new sanitizer and now testing at 100ppm.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed glass cleaner stored on bar area next to taps. Operator moved for proper storage.
