Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Zip bag of mozzarella missing date mark inside reach-in cooler at cookline. Manager stated the cheese was opened three days prior and added proper date mark. Gallon of milk missing date mark inside reach-in cooler. Manager stated the milk was opened the previous morning and added proper date mark.
Food stored on floor. Jug of margarine and bottle of hot sauce stored on the floor below front counter. Manager removed both from the floor during this inspection.
