As per operator, product was recently placed there no more than an hour ago. Operator began to reheat to correct parameters.

Observed turkey piccadillo (67F - Cold Holding); shredded chicken (71F - Cold Holding) at room temperature at preparation area. As per operator, products were out for service for less than 2 hours. Operator placed products inside reach in cooler.
