Employee placed in ice bath Observed at sauté station at 2:05pm cream mushroom(62F - Cold Holding); Marsala cream (58F - Cold Holding); Alfredo sauce (63F - Cold Holding) in over fill pans in ice bath. Sauces removed from walk in cooler and placed into ice bath. Employee removed some sauces from pans so sauce now sits in ice bath. Rechecked temperature cream mushroom(41F - Cold Holding); Marsala cream (42F - Cold Holding); Alfredo sauce (41F - Cold Holding) held since 11:00 am.
