Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Employee jacket on prep counter touching customer too go bag and too go utensils. Manager moved
Employee with ineffective hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Cook with almost knee length dreads uncovered from midway down, which swayed back and forth freely when moving. Also, observed when employee leaned on counter hair was touching counter also. Employee tied hair up.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Refrigerated salad plate cooler was empty but was soiled with lettuce and other salad debris in bottom and shelf of cooler. Manager had employee clean cooler while inspector was present.
