Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. A trash can stored in front of the handwash sink at the corner of the prep line at back kitchen, limiting access to utilized sink for hand washing. Employee relocated trash can away from handwash sink.
Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. A container of cooked mushrooms and a container of meat sauce in walk-in cooler. Manager date marked at time of inspection.
Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. A few bags of salmon fillets thawing in prep sink. Employee stated that he turned off the running water about 10 minutes, and removed the salmon from the sealed bags at time of inspection.
