Observed an employee scratch their beard and then go to handle clean utensils without changing their gloves. Operator had them change gloves and wash their hands.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed an employee drinks stood stored one a ice holder. Operator removed the drink.
Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. Observed to go containers on the cook line, dry storage, and left side server area not inverted. Operator inverted them.

Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working properly. At had wash sink across from dish machine, soap dispenser is broken and does not dispense soap properly. Soap is delayed in dispensing.
Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed sanitizer bucket stored on floor. Educated operator and operator coached employee on proper storage. Sanitizer was replaced with new buckets and stored properly.
