Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed two containers of raw chicken and a box containing several cartons of eggs stored over containers of cooked lamb. Manager corrected storage and placed chicken and eggs on the last shelf on rack.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the handwashing sink on the cook line with a measuring cup in it. Explained the proper usage of handwashing sinks with the manager. Manager removed measuring cup.
Food stored on floor. Observed two buckets of garlic sauce being stored on the floor in the walk in cooler. Manager placed buckets 6 inches off of the floor in the walk in cooler.
In-use tongs stored on equipment door handle between uses. Observed two tongs being stored on the oven door handle. Manager removed tongs.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Emailed operator a copy of sign.
