At cook line; chili (108°F - Cooling 9:48am/108°F - Cooling 10:08am), in pan on stove top. Operator stated cooling for less than 1 hour, at this rate chili will not reach 70°F within 2 hours. Operator moved from stove top to prep table to cool more before placing in walk-in cooler.
