Raw animal food stored over or with ready-to-eat food in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed Raw beef (Philly meat)over cooked chicken and cooked brisket at reach in freezer. Brisket and raw beef not in commercial packaging. Operator stored properly.

Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed Pain reliever spray and pain reliever pills stored next to oil&vinegar in plastic ramekins and single use napkins. Operator stored pain relievers properly.

At current rate of cooling product will not reach 41F within 4 hours. Operator moved to reach in freezer to quick chill.
