Dipperwell faucet bent downward eliminating required air gap. Observed the dipper well faucet below the flood level line at the front counter. The operator adjusted the faucet above the flood level.
Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed the wiping cloth quaternary solution at 500ppm. The operator discarded the solution and replaced with a solution at 200ppm.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the handwashing sink behind the front counter used to stored the sanitizer bucket. The operator properly store the sanitizer bucket.
