Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. raw chicken (48F - Cold Holding)in reach-in cooler next to triple sink. Operator stated chicken was placed in cooler earlier today from freezer. Operator removed chicken and placed in nearby cooler to chill.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Spray can containing toxic substance stored next to can of beans. Operator removed can of oven cleaner to properly store.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand wash sink in kitchen area next to triple sink used to store supplies.
No soap provided at handwash sink. No soap at hand wash sink at bar area. Operator replenished soap at hand wash sink.
Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Reach-in cooler next to triple sink unable to maintain temperature of 41F and below. Ambient temperature 48F. Observed large mass of ice in back of reach-in cooler. Operator removed TCS food from cooler and placed in nearby cooler until unit is serviced
