No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Operator couldn't find chlorine test strips.
No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. Operator went to store and got chlorine.
Probe thermometer not accurate within plus or minus 2 degrees Fahrenheit. thermometers was stuck and unable to calibrate. Operator order new one.
