Observed the following food temperatures greater than 41°F; diced tomatoes (59F - Cold Holding); shredded cheese (57F - Cold Holding) All foods were located in reach in cooler under stove that had an ambient temperature of 59°F. Per manager food had only been in cooler for less than 2 hours. Manager moved all foods to nearby cooler.
