Manager left door of walk in freezer open, until temperature is displayed at +or- 41F and below.

Observed and tested chlorine sanitizer at 0ppm at kitchen dish machine due to dispensing lines placed incorrectly inside chemical containers located under dish machine. Manager removed sanitizer dispensing line from detergent container and placed into chlorine container.
Menu does not identify which items contain raw or undercooked animal foods covered by the consumer advisory. Observed smoked salmon offered on menu, under "Eggs Benedict" no asterisk or symbol indicating that menu item is covered by the consumer advisory.
