As per supervisor for less than two hours, staff placed containers in ice bath for rapid cooling.

As per manager food item was inside the cooler for around 2 hrs 15 minutes. Temperature was rechecked after 1 1/2 hr and food item had the same temperature. Manager decided to discarded the food.
