Observed employee touch her face to readjust her glasses and the began handling ready to eat foods but didn't wash their hands or change their gloves. Employee washed hands and changed their gloves.

Advised operator on proper handwashing sink procedures and operator removed strainer, cleaned and sanitized the handwashing sinks.

Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. Observed no consumer advisory for raw or undercooked oysters. Inspector emailed a copy of the oyster advisory. Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. At the sushi station, cooked mushrooms (54F - Cold Holding). The mushrooms were on the station for less than 2 hours. The mushrooms were moved to refrigeration to chill and cold hold.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. At the sushi station. The spoons were removed.
A return visit. The problems from the previous inspection had been dealt with.
