Employee states both left out for approximately 30 minutes. Both products moved to walk in freezer and approximately 20 minutes later sausage at 39F and potatoes at 38F.

Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. Unwashed peppers over buckets of boiled eggs and pickles in walk in cooler. Unwashed raspberries over bags of washed spinach in walk in cooler. Employee began tot rearrange all items during inspection.
Water draining onto floor surface. Leaking pipe and short pipe going into drain from hand wash station in outside server area causing water to drain on floor.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.
