Ceiling / roof in disrepair as evidenced by active leaks observed over cook line and back preparation area. Leaking water contained in buckets. No contamination from leaks observed on food and / or food contact surfaces at time of the inspection. Discussion conducted with management and staff reference the importance of not allowing food or food contact surfaces to be contaminated by the leaking water. Roof repair underway. D6DM Notified.
