Equipment in poor repair. Observed stand up reach-in cooler in kitchen gasket torn.
Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. The manager removed the ice scooper from ice bin.
In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment. The knife was removed from in between equipment.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing as a dump sink. The GM educate operators on only using handwashing sink for handwashing.
In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit on cook line. The manager removed utensil from standing water.
