Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Soda gun nozzle on right side of bar soiled with old debris. Bartender took nozzle apart and cleaned.
Hot water sanitizing dishmachine final rinse not reaching proper temperature at manifold. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired. Dish machine nit hitting 165F.
