Clam/mussel/oyster tags not marked with last date served. Observed all tags for fresh raw mussels stored in plastic bag but with no date marking when last oyster was sold.
Cook-chill or sous vide reduced oxygen packaged food held more than 48 hours not labeled or with a label that lacks required information. Observed cooked chicken and raw beef vacuum packaged on site with only product name and date stored in walk-in cooler. Inspector educated person in charge requirements for labeling for on site vacuum packaged food items.
Clams/mussels/oysters removed from original container for long-term storage. Observed fresh raw mussels removed from original container and placed in plastic container in walk-in cooler.
