Dishwasher (Temperature 107F-110F) using high temp to sanitizer unable to reach a minimum of 160F. Operator called to have dishwashing machine serviced. Operator had employee set up triple sink to sanitize dishes until dishwashing machine is repaired and maintaining a minimum sanitizer temperature of 160F. Also, Dishwasher at bar (Chlorine 0ppm). Observed container of sanitizer was empty. Operator replaced container and retested at 100ppm
