Hand wash station at P119 does not work, per employee technician has been out to fix pump multiple times, but pump still does not work, employees using Cambro beverage dispenser for hand washing during inspection. Hand wash station at P408 does not have any running water at all, employees using Cambro beverage station for hand washing during inspection.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. All purpose cleaner stores with to go straws under counter at P408, straws moved.
