Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. At handwash sink by hostess station - bucket with cups inside- operator removed.
When operator asked to identify product used for specific item advertised on menu/menu board, operator indicated an imitation product or different product was used. Red snapper on menu- served yellow tail snapper.
