Exhaust fan inoperable in bathroom with no other form of ventilation: both downstairs bathrooms, accessible for employee use due to kitchen being downstairs, do not have working fans.
In-use knife/knives stored in cracks between pieces of equipment: there was a knife between the make-line and a food work table. Kitchen Manager removed.
