No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Hand wash sink near triple sink requires towels or drying device.
Equipment in poor repair. Oven has a 240 plug, establishment does not have an installed outlet. Oven cannot be used until a certified electrician wires an outlet for use.
Lights in food preparation, food storage or warewashing area missing the proper shield, sleeve coatings or covers. 16 light fixtures in establishment, all require covers installed. Operator stated they have been ordered.
