Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed paint thinner and Windex stored next to and above single use gloves and wax paper for single us in hall closet outside woman's restroom. Operator moved chemicals to a designated chemical storage shelf during inspection.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed plastic soufflé cup in bulk brown sugar container in prep kitchen. Operator removed cup from sugar during inspection.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed plastic containers wet nesting on shelf by three compartment sink.
