Tested dish washer machine and it was reading 0ppm. Notice the sanitation bucket was empty. Chef got a new sanitation bucket. Tested it again still reading 0ppm. Chef notice the sanitation line to the dish washer machine was not connected to the dish washer machine. Chef connected to dish washer machine. Then prime the dish washer machine and now reading 50ppm

Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed cook cracking whole raw shell eggs with gloves on then take gloves off and putting on new without washing hands. Cook is reeducate and now know that wash hands before putting on new gloves.
